• Clam Dip

    INGREDIENTS

    1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
    2 6½ oz. cans chopped clams, drained, juice reserved
    2 Tbsp. reserved clam juice
    ½ cup tomato, finely chopped
    3 scallions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    ¼ tsp.7 Chili Blend Hot Pepper Seasoning

    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    ⅛ tsp. salt
    ⅛ tsp. black pepper

    INSTRUCTIONS 

    1. Stir together all ingredients.
    2. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
