Our Candied Jalapeños — also known as "cowboy candy" — are made with fresh-picked jalapeños from the farm, slow-cooked in a sweet brine with celery seed, turmeric, and garlic until they're tender, glossy, and packed with flavor. Put them on burgers, grilled cheese, cream cheese and crackers, or charcuterie boards. They disappear fast.
